Installing Windows 11 doesn't automatically mean you are using different drivers then previous, or if it is a hardware problem (maybe grounding) will not magically go away just because you upgraded to Windows 11. 5 weeks ago after a Win 11 cumulative update. Second idea: try starting with one audio track and start adding effects and plug ins till you reach the “failure” point.
